I have a passion for healthy living, not just for kids or for moms but for the whole family. I want to make connections in my community and help other families be positive role models for their children, get away from technology and move their bodies.
Well there is me, Daisy. Then my husband Blair, who you will likely see around town in his role as community and school resource officer. His two children Rogue aged 8 and Torin aged 7. And last but not least, the center of my world, 15 month old Scotlyn.
Baby cuddles and honey lemon tea, followed by a family breakfast with my famous waffles.
